As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching and counseling techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

 

Health involves relationships, career, spirituality, physical exercise, finances, environment, education, creativity, self care, stress management, sleep, joy, and healthy eating. We all need to look at the whole self when it comes to wellness. I take an individualized approach with my clients, working with them around lifestyle changes they want to make, and supporting them in looking at how different aspects of their health relate to one another. 

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION: A WAY OF LIFE

Integrative nutrition combines the principles of traditional nutrition guidelines and functional nutrition to provide a more individualized approach to eating and living. It goes beyond basic dietary guidelines to empower people to get more curious about how their food choices impact their unique body, which often supports them in discovering root causes for various illnesses and maladies.
